Rates are based on double occupancy for all hotel and studio units. Cottage and suites are based on two guests and three bedroom apartment is based on six guests. Additional guest charge is $25 per night. Most rooms are furnished with one queen-sized bed and a sleep sofa. Most rooms have an ocean view and some rooms have private decks. Rates do not include an 11.7% tax, which includes both the sate and local occupancy taxes.
