Deposit Requirements:

- For stays of 1 to 4 days a 100% deposit.
- For stays of 5 to 7 days a deposit equal to four times the daily rate.
- For stays of 8 days or more a 50% deposit.
- For group stays of 3 rooms or more a 100% deposit.
- Deposits are due within 7 days of reservation.

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations are subject to a fee equal to 10% of the total room charge. Cancellations received more than 90 days prior to arrival date will result in a full refund less the 10% cancellation fee. If cancellation is received within 90 days of arrival date, the deposit will be refunded only if the hotel space is completely rented for the entire period reserved. The guest is responsible for payment of all nights reserved regardless of the guest’s actual arrival or departure date.
